Manage leads

Potential customers who find you on Partner Center search can send you details of the solution they need. You will see these customer requests in the Microsoft Partner Center and your company contact will receive an email notification.

Leads are generated by customers selecting the Contact partner link on your marketing profile.

  1. Sign in to manage your marketing profile.

  2. Click the Leads tab on the navigation bar.

  3. Select a company name to view the details of the lead and choose to either Accept or Decline.

    • If you choose Accept, your customer will receive an email message notifying them that you are able to help address their need.

    After accepting a lead, you can do the following:

    • Communicate further with your customer, outside of Manage Pinpoint.
    • Provide feedback so that Microsoft can measure the success of the service and improve it.

    After declining a lead, you can provide feedback explaining why the lead is not a favorable match, and enter notes for your records.
