FillFormat.TextureVerticalScale property (Publisher)
Returns or sets a Single that specifies the vertical scaling factor for the texture fill. Read/write.

expression A variable that represents a FillFormat object.

Remarks
The setting of the TextureVerticalScale property corresponds to the setting of the Scale Y box on the Fill tab of the Format Shape dialog box in the Publisher user interface (under Drawing Tools, on the Format tab, choose Shape Fill, point to Texture, and then choose More Textures).
