System.Speech Namespaces

Using the System.Speech namespaces, you can give your Windows applications the ability to respond to voice commands, accept dictation, generate synthesized speech (text-to-speech or TTS), or play prerecorded audio files. Your System.Speech applications can also use speech documents that were authored with industry-standard markup languages, such as grammars, TTS prompts, and lexicons.
