BeginEnumerateAppointments

EndEnumerateAppointments

Waits for appointment enumeration in a calendar folder to complete and returns a list of appointments that need rebasing.

BeginRebaseAppointments

Begins a task for appointment rebasing given a list of appointments, usually obtained from EndEnumerateAppointments.
