Document.OpenEncoding Property (Word)
Returns the encoding used to open the specified document. Read-only MsoEncoding.
Syntax
expression .OpenEncoding
expression Required. A variable that represents a Document object.
Example
This example tests whether the current document was opened with UTF7 encoding.
