When markup tracking is turned on (the AddMarkup element is TRUE), the ViewMarkup element is automatically set to TRUE and remains TRUE even after markup tracking has been turned off (the AddMarkup element is FALSE). The value in the ViewMarkup element is ignored when the AddMarkup element is TRUE.

The ViewMarkup element is also set to TRUE when comments are inserted in a drawing (whether or not markup tracking is turned on) and must be TRUE for comments to appear in the drawing.

This cell corresponds to the Markup command on the View Menu.

The ViewMarkup element is relevant only when contained in a DocumentSheet element. It is ignored when contained in a StyleSheet , Shape , or PageSheet element.
