Defines the Timelines Class. The root element of TimeLinePart. When the object is serialized out as xml, its qualified name is x15:timelines.

A timelines element<34> is a CT_Timelines type element, as specified in section 2.6.110, that specifies all the Timeline views (section 2.3.5.2), on the sheet (1). This element is the root element of the Timelines part (section 2.3.5).
