A timelineRefs element<27> is a CT_TimelineRefs type element, as specified in section 2.6.100, that specifies a list of Timeline (section 2.3.5) part identifiers for the worksheet. See section 2.2.4.11 for how this element integrates with the Office Open XML file formats specified in [ISO/IEC-29500-1].
