A complex type that specifies the time duration for the starting and ending fades.
Attributes:
in: An ST_UniversalTimeOffset attribute (section 2.6.1) that specifies the duration of the starting fade. It MUST be less than or equal to the total length of the media minus the out.
out: An ST_UniversalTimeOffset attribute (section 2.6.1) that specifies the duration of the ending fade. It MUST be less than or equal to the total length of the media minus the in.
