Defines the QuickAccessToolbar Class.This class is available in Office2010 or above. When the object is serialized out as xml, its qualified name is mso14:qat.

Specifies the Quick Access Toolbar. This element MUST NOT be specified unless the startFromScratch attribute on the containing ribbon element is set to true.

Child Elements:

sharedControls: A CT_QatItems element, as specified in section 2.3.62, that specifies the list of controls that are shared among all documents.

documentControls: A CT_QatItems element that specifies the list of controls that are specific to the current document.
