glow (Glow Effect)

This element specifies a glow effect, in which a color blurred outline is added outside the edges of the object.

rad (Radius)

Specifies the radius of the glow.

The possible values for this attribute are defined by the ST_PositiveCoordinate simple type (§20.1.10.42).
