fillOverlay (Fill Overlay Effect)

This element specifies a fill overlay effect. A fill overlay can be used to specify an additional fill for an object and blend the two fills together.

blend (Blend)

Specifies how to blend the fill with the base effect.

The possible values for this attribute are defined by the ST_BlendMode simple type (§20.1.10.11).
