tickLblSkip (Tick Label Skip)

This element specifies how many tick labels to skip between label that is drawn.

val (Tick Skip Value)

Specifies the contents of this attribute contain an integer greater than or equal to one.

The possible values for this attribute are defined by the ST_Skip simple type (§21.2.3.44).
