header (Header) | Specifies the contents of this attribute contain the header margin in inches. The possible values for this attribute are defined by the W3C XML Schema double datatype. |
l (Left) | Specifies the contents of this attribute contain the left page margin in inches. The possible values for this attribute are defined by the W3C XML Schema double datatype. |
r (Right) | Specifies the contents of this attribute contain the right page margin in inches. The possible values for this attribute are defined by the W3C XML Schema double datatype. |
