layoutTarget (Layout Target)

This element specifies whether to layout the plot area by its inside (not including axis and axis labels) or outside (including axis and axis labels).

val (Layout Target Value)

Specifies the layout target value.

The possible values for this attribute are defined by the ST_LayoutTarget simple type (§21.2.3.21).
