The c3DRotationAxisY property specifies the Y portion of the axis that is used to rotate the shape. If the fc3DConstrainRotation bit of the 2.3.16.28D-Style Boolean Properties equals 0x0, this property MUST exist; otherwise, this property MUST be ignored.
