A programmatic request to terminate the Synchronizer was not completed successfully and the Synchronizer is still running in the background.

  To terminate the Synchronizer

  1. Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to display the Close Program dialog box.
  2. Click Synchronizer.
  3. Click End Task.
