A value that is undefined and MUST be ignored.
opid.fComplex
A bit that indicates whether the wzSigSetupSuggSignerEmail_complex property, as defined in section 2.3.27.10, exists. If the value equals 0x1, wzSigSetupSuggSignerEmail_complex MUST exist.
wzSigSetupSuggSignerEmail (4 bytes): The number of bytes of data in the wzSigSetupSuggSignerEmail_complex property. This value MUST be 0x00000000 if opid.fComplex is 0x0. The default value for this property is 0x00000000.
