Help on the Web

This content is no longer actively maintained. It is provided as is, for anyone who may still be using these technologies, with no warranties or claims of accuracy with regard to the most recent product version or service release.

The new Office on the Web feature in Microsoft Office 2000 connects your users to current information about Office 2000 on the Web. By default, when users ask a question of the Answer Wizard, they can click None of the above, look for more help on the Web. When they click this topic, they are connected to a feedback form, where they can comment about their search. When they submit their feedback, they are redirected to the Microsoft Product Services Support Web site, and their search is repeated on the latest Office content.

You can disable Help on the Web or customize it to point to your intranet. You can also use Help on the Web to collect user feedback that can help you create custom Answer Wizard files and Help topics. The following table lists the sample files.

Fishng2_0.jpg Sample image in JPG format
