Applies the active routing rule to an incident.
This Web API action corresponds to the organization service ApplyRoutingRuleRequest.
ApplyRoutingRule action is not bound to any entity types.
ApplyRoutingRule action does not return a value.
Parameters allow for data to be passed to the action.
