RetrieveByTopIncidentSubjectKbArticle Function

Retrieves the top-ten articles about a specified subject from the knowledge base of articles for your organization.
This Web API function corresponds to the organization service RetrieveByTopIncidentSubjectKbArticleRequest.
RetrieveByTopIncidentSubjectKbArticle function does not require any parameters.
Bound functions are invoked by appending the action name to the URI representing an entity or collection.
