FetchXmlToQueryExpression Function

Converts a query in FetchXML to a QueryExpression.
This Web API function corresponds to the organization service FetchXmlToQueryExpressionRequest.
FetchXmlToQueryExpression function is not bound to any entity types.
Parameters allow for data to be passed to the function.
