Add Virtual IP Address

The Add Virtual IP operation adds a VirtualIP to a deployment.
The Add Virtual IP request is specified as follows. Replace <subscription-id> with your subscription ID , <serviceName> with name of the service , < deploymentName> with name of the deployment and < virtualIPName> with the name of virtual IP address which need to be added.
