Retrieve a model binder for a model that requires type conversion.

Parameters

• configuration
  Type: System.Web.Http.HttpConfiguration

  The configuration of the binder.

• modelType
  Type: System.Type

  The type of the model.

Return Value

Type: System.Web.Http.ModelBinding.IModelBinder

The model binder, or Nothing if the type cannot be converted or there is no value to convert.
