XML Reference
The following table describes the XML Schema definition language (XSD) elements used in the Microsoft CRM Sales for Outlook configuration file (OutlookClient.xml).

| Configuration | The main element in an independent software vendor (ISV) configuration file. |
| contact | The detail form for the Contact object. |
| CustomMenus | The custom menus to be added to Microsoft CRM Sales for Outlook (the Outlook client). |
| Entities | The set of objects that can be shown in a detail form window. |
| incident | The detail form for the Incident (Case) object. |
| invoice | The detail form for the Invoice object. |
| lead | The detail form for the Lead object. |
| Menu | A new menu to be added to the Outlook client. |
| MenuBar | A new menu bar. |
| MenuItem | An item in a menu. |
| MenuSpacer | A separator line in a menu. |
