Fatal Error C1083 (Windows CE 5.0)
Cannot open filetype file: 'file': message
The following list shows possible causes for this error.
- The file, subdirectory, or disk is read-only.
- There is no access permission for file or directory.
- There are not enough file handles. Close some applications and recompile.
- The INCLUDE environment variable is set incorrectly.
- A #include directive uses double quotation marks around a path specification, causing the standard directories to be skipped.
