IDE and Tools Changes

The IMGRAM64 environment variable is used when building an operating system image that is expected to be larger than 32 MB. In earlier versions of Platform Builder this variable was set through the Platform menu Settings\Environment tab in the IDE. Effective with version 4.2 you set this variable from the Build tab, by selecting the "Enable Images Larger Than 32 MB" check box.
