Working with Default Views

This content is no longer actively maintained. It is provided as is, for anyone who may still be using these technologies, with no warranties or claims of accuracy with regard to the most recent product version or service release.

Microsoft® Outlook® Web Access provides default views for everyday tasks — for example, viewing an inbox or outbox. Default views can be manipulated by specifying additional parameters.

The syntax for adding parameters is:

http://"ServerName"/"exchange"/"UserName"/parameter

For example, if you want to see the deleted items for a user named "User1" on a server named Finance, you type the following URL:

http://"Finance"/"exchange"/"User1"/deleted%20items

Parameter names include Inbox, Outbox, Calendar, Contacts, Deleted Items, Drafts, and Sent Items.

Note  Spaces in names are represented with the characters %20.
