TextureGutterHelper.GetGutterMap(Byte[]) Method (Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D)

Receives a texel class value that indicates texel class according to each texel's location.

Parameters

gutterData System.Byte[]
A ByteLeave Site array that receives the texel class.

Remarks

Possible texel classes are as follows:

Texel Class Texel Location
0 Invalid point; texel will not be used.
1 Inside triangle.
2 Inside gutter.
4 Inside gutter; texel will be evaluated as a full sample in the ApplyGutters method.

There is no texel class 3.

The application must allocate and manage gutterData, with size given by:

size = texture width * texture height * sizeof(BYTE)

Texture width and height are obtained from the TextureGutterHelper.Width and TextureGutterHelper.Height properties.

Exceptions

InvalidCallException

The method call is invalid. For example, a method's parameter might contain an invalid value.
