The Routing and Remote Access Phone Book file and the current remote access configuration are probably inconsistent.

User Action:

If you changed your communications equipment (such as your serial port or modem), make sure you reconfigure Network and Dial-up Connections. See To configure a connection. If the error persists, delete and re-create the connection in Network and Dial-up Connections.
