Pen Input

Pen Input

Description of pen input.

A typical Tablet PC has a digitizer beneath the screen that accepts pen input. The idea of using a pen device to enter data into a computer is not new. However, coupling pen input with a large, motion-sensitive LCD display, digitizing hardware, and simultaneous rendering of digital ink under the pen point provides a powerful and intuitive interface for personal computing. Users receive feedback by seeing the strokes as they make them.
