The Party Mode skin must implement the SetUserOptions function to implement many of the options that the party host specifies on the Specify your Party Mode settings page. The skin retrieves these options which are then used to restrict guest access to certain skin controls. If SetUserOptions is not used, then options that the party host specifies are ignored.
