Security
The RTC Client API version 1.2 has enhanced support for creating a secure session. Security settings for authentication and encryption can be set programmatically. The default security settings for authentication and encryption remain compatible with those in RTC Client 1.0; however, applications should strongly consider enabling some of the security features available in RTC Client 1.2. The following topics outline the enhancements and requirements to enable these security features.
