Exercise 1: Create the Rules and Conditions Project 

In this exercise, you create the project file for the Point of Sale Simulator application that is used in this tutorial. You also create the Windows Form application that is used to host the workflow and the sequential workflow that you will add on to as the tutorial progresses.
