ReturnCode Property of the MIIS_PasswordChangeHistorySource Class Property of the MIIS_PasswordChangeHistorySource Class

The ReturnCode property gets the results of the password change request.

Remarks

If the password is changed successfully, this property value will be success. If the password could not be staged on the connecting target CS objects, this property will contain the error.

Possible errors that might be contained in the event of failure include the following:

  • changes-exceed-max (MMS_PWDSYNC_CHANGES_EXCEED_MAX)
  • no-outbound-object-found (MMS_PWDSYNC_CHANGE_FILTERED_NO_OUTBOUND)
  • not-joined-to-MV (MMS_PWDSYNC_CHANGE_FILTERED_NOT_JOINED_TO_CS)
  • target-not-configured (MMS_PWDSYNC_CHANGE_FILTERED_NOT_CONFIGURED)
  • incoming-timestamp-out-of-date (MMS_PWDSYNC_CHANGE_STALE)

For the following errors, a password history entry will not be generated in the SQL table because an associated CS entry is not found.

  • MMS_PWDSYNC_CHANGE_FILTERED_NO_MATCH_IN_CS
  • MMS_PWDSYNC_FAILED_SERVICE_ACCOUNT
