Indexing Service is no longer supported as of Windows XP and is unavailable for use as of Windows 8. Instead, use Windows Search for client side search and Microsoft Search Server Express for server side search.
The MinWordlistBattery entry is the minimum percentage of battery life remaining to keep indexing active on the computer.

Remarks
To prevent indexing from occurring for battery-powered computers, use the default value of 100 percent. Indexing Service continues to process queries even when not indexing files.
