Parameters

action
Type: System.Collections.Specialized.NotifyCollectionChangedAction

The action that caused the event. This can only be set to Move.

changedItem
Type: System.Object

The item affected by the change.

index
Type: System.Int32

The new index for the changed item.

oldIndex
Type: System.Int32

The old index for the changed item.

ExceptionCondition
ArgumentException

If action is not Move or index is less than 0.
