Remarks

This property implements Values. The IDictionary<TKey,TValue><Filter, FilterData> that the filter table implements uses the MessageFilter as the key and the FilterData as the value of the pair.

The order of the FilterData returned in the collection is unspecified, but it is guaranteed to be the same order as the corresponding filters in the collection returned by the Keys property.
