Represents the content of a SOAP header.
The MessageHeader<T> type exposes the following members.
|Equals||Determines whether the specified Object is equal to the current Object. (Inherited from Object.)|
|Finalize||Allows an object to try to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before it is reclaimed by garbage collection. (Inherited from Object.)|
|GetHashCode||Serves as a hash function for a particular type. (Inherited from Object.)|

|GetUntypedHeader||Gets the message header with the specified namespace and local name.|
|MemberwiseClone||Creates a shallow copy of the current Object. (Inherited from Object.)|
|ToString||Returns a string that represents the current object. (Inherited from Object.)|
|Actor||Gets or sets the targeted recipient of the message header.|
|Content||Gets or sets the content of the header.|
|MustUnderstand||Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the header must be understood, as stated in the SOAP 1.1/1.2 specification.|
|Relay||Gets a value that indicates whether the header should be relayed.|
