RectConverter.ConvertFrom Method (ITypeDescriptorContext, CultureInfo, Object)

Attempts to convert the specified object to a Rect.

You cannot use methods in XAML.

Parameters

context
Type: System.ComponentModel.ITypeDescriptorContext

Provides contextual information required for conversion.

culture
Type: System.Globalization.CultureInfo

Cultural information which is respected when converting.

value
Type: System.Object

The object being converted.

Return Value

Type: System.Object
The Rect created from converting value.

ExceptionCondition
NotSupportedException

Thrown if the specified object is NULL or is a type that cannot be converted to a Rect.

To determine whether a conversion is possible without actually performing the conversion, use the CanConvertFrom method.
