SecurityBindingElement.CreateUserNameForSslBindingElement Method ()

Creates a symmetric security binding element that is configured to require user name-/password-based client authentication and certificate-based server authentication. The client authenticates the server using the SOAP-level SSL protocol.

The security context token issued at the end of SSPI negotiation is cookie based.

The client does not need to be provisioned a priori with the server certificate because it obtains it as part of the SSL protocol.
