Parameters

name
Type: System::String^

The Name of the binding.

ns
Type: System::String^

The Namespace of the binding.

Exception Condition
ArgumentException

name is null or an empty string.

ArgumentNullException

ns is null.

The Name and Namespace together uniquely identify an instance of a Binding in the metadata of the service.
