Context-Sensitive Help Samples
MAKEHM ("Make Help Map") is an MS-DOS tool that produces a mapping between resource identifications and Help contexts. This tool is called by the custom build rule on the resource.h file.
Makehm.exe is included in \Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Common7\Tools, so you do not need to build it from the sources in the MAKEHM sample directory. The sources are provided to demonstrate MS-DOS applications that use the Microsoft Foundation Class Library and to let you modify the tool.
