Writes an attribute qualified name and value.

Parameters

localName
Type: System.Xml.XmlDictionaryString
The local name of the attribute.
namespaceUri
Type: System.Xml.XmlDictionaryString
The namespace URI of the attribute.
value
Type: System.String
The attribute.
