IMetaDataImport::EnumModuleRefs Method
Enumerates ModuleRef tokens that represent imported modules.

[out] The number of ModuleRef tokens returned in rModuleRefs. |

There are no tokens to enumerate. In that case, pcModuleRefs is zero. |
