SmiExtendedMetaData Class

Extends the description of a column or parameters metadata to include the 3 part name for the type. The assembly that contains this class has a friend relationship with SQLAccess.dll.  This class is intended for use by SQL Server.  For other databases, use the hosting mechanism provided by that database.
