Creating Starter Kits (Visual C#)
A starter kit contains code for a complete application and documentation on how to modify or expand the application. There are several Starter Kits available for downloading from the MSDN Web site. After you install a Starter Kit, you can find it in the New Project dialog box, which can be accessed from the File menu.
