HostedEventProvider.Disable Method

Sets the event provider's state to disabled.

Remarks

When you create an application, hosted event providers are disabled.

Disabling an event provider prevents it from submitting events to the application. Use the HostedEventProviderCollection.Disable method to disable all event providers. Use the HostedEventProvider.Enable or HostedEventProviderCollection.Enable method to enable hosted event providers.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
