Analysis Services Wizards (Multidimensional Data)
Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services provides wizards for use in SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT). The following table describes the wizards that are available.
Use the Aggregation Design Wizard to define aggregations for an aggregation design, used to create aggregation instances for partitions in a measure group.
Use the Business Intelligence Wizard to add advanced business intelligence features, such as account intelligence and currency conversion, to a cube or dimension.
Use the Cube Wizard to create a new cube.
Use the Data Mining Wizard to define a new mining structure and associated mining models.
Use the Data Source Wizard to define a new data source.
Use the Data Source View Wizard to define a new data source view.
Use the Dimension Wizard to define a new dimension.
Use the Import Analysis Services 9.0 Database Wizard to import an existing Analysis Services database.
Use the Linked Object Wizard to define a linked dimension or measure group, and optionally import related objects.
Use the Partition Wizard to define a partition or remote partition.
Use the Schema Generation Wizard to define a data source view, and optionally script the relational schema of the data source view to a data source, from an existing Analysis Services object.
Use the Usage-Based Optimization Wizard to define aggregations for an aggregation design based on queries stored in the query log for an Analysis Services database.
