SQL-DMO Object
For SQL Distributed Management Objects (SQL-DMO), an object references a single Microsoft SQL Server component. The referenced component may be a new or existing database object, a replication or SQL Server Agent component, or could encapsulate a SQL Server management process such as database restore.
This feature will be removed in the next version of Microsoft SQL Server. Avoid using this feature in new development work, and plan to modify applications that currently use this feature.
